1. Acceptance of Terms
These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of MobileShop POS's Windows desktop application, Android mobile application and website at mobileshoppos.duckdns.org (together, the "Service"). By downloading, installing, registering for a trial, or subscribing to the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
2. The Software
MobileShop POS provides point-of-sale software designed for mobile phone shops, including sales & billing, inventory management, customer & credit management, repair job tracking, purchase management, expense tracking, cloud sync and sales reports. Features available to you depend on your selected plan.
3. Accounts & Eligibility
- You must provide accurate shop and contact information when creating an account.
- You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
- You must be legally authorised to run a business in your jurisdiction to use the Service for commercial purposes.
4. Plans & Billing
- Free Plan (Rs 0): includes basic features for a 7-day trial period, on a single device without cloud sync.
- Monthly Plan (Rs 2,000/month): includes full features, cloud sync between the desktop and mobile app, and standard support. Billed every 30 days until cancelled.
- Yearly Plan (Rs 20,000/year): includes everything in the Monthly Plan plus priority support, billed annually at a discounted rate (approximately 17% savings versus monthly billing).
Prices are listed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Payments are processed securely through our third-party payment gateway. Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing cycle unless cancelled before the renewal date. See our Refund & Cancellation Policy for details on cancellations and refunds.
5. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Reverse engineer, decompile or resell the Software without written permission.
- Use the Service for any unlawful purpose, including tax evasion or fraudulent invoicing.
- Attempt to gain unauthorised access to other users' accounts or data.
- Share your subscription license beyond the number of devices permitted by your plan.
6. Your Business Data
All sales, inventory, customer and financial data you enter into MobileShop POS remains your property. We access this data only as necessary to provide the Service (such as cloud sync) or as described in our Privacy Policy. You are responsible for the accuracy of the data you enter and for maintaining your own backups where applicable.
7. Intellectual Property
The MobileShop POS name, logo, software code, design and documentation are the intellectual property of MobileShop POS. Your subscription grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the Software for your business operations — it does not transfer any ownership rights to you.
8. Service Availability
We aim to keep the Software and Cloud Sync service available at all times, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Scheduled maintenance, internet connectivity issues, or events outside our control may occasionally affect availability. The Free Plan's local-only mode continues to function without an internet connection.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, MobileShop POS shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages, including loss of profits or business data, arising from the use or inability to use the Service. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid for your subscription in the preceding 3 months.
10. Termination
You may stop using the Service and cancel your subscription at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, engage in fraudulent payment activity, or misuse the Service. Upon termination, access to cloud-synced data may be discontinued after a reasonable notice period.
11. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Pakistan.
